Great article from Ocean Land and New Homes about the Science building – please let us know if you have further questions
After the ups and downs of this year it is exciting to see a launch date fixed for Redland Court, on Saturday 19th September.
The Juniper Homes team has been totally committed to breathing new life into these special buildings – seeing this challenging scheme take shape and the exceptional spaces emerging, justifies our uncompromising approach through the build process.
The Science Building was originally built in 1931 as the Gamble Science Wing and was then extended during the 1950s.
By adding one and a half floors to the science building the Juniper Homes development is really taking shape now, new residents will be able to take advantage of the wonderful views out across Bristol.

Great to see the local tennis club has bought back Squash, the gym and the bar – all with the required rules in place to keep everyone safe.
We are discovering the breathtaking views over Bristol from the gorgeous Science Buildings apartments at Redland Court.
These birds-eye views are from selected apartments on the fourth and fifth floors, where duplex apartments have either patio doors with glass Juliet balconies or Velux Cabrio opening balcony roof-lights.
